There are many ways to get involved in your union from committee roles like secretary chair and treasurer, stewards and health and safety reps who help colleagues with cases in the workplace, to equality reps. Our current priority is the most simple of all. We need people to act as a point of contact for colleagues and fellow members in as many teams and departments as possible.
