The arrangements for staff undertaking Winter Maintenance duties is being reviewed. This will include looking at things like:

• Annual leave process
• Grade for Winter Maintenance Duties
• Quality and clarity of information on payslips
• Swapping shifts
• Contractual arrangements & requirements to include purpose of the standby payments
• Other matters covered by the current local agreement.
