Denbighshire County Branch Annual General Meeting 2nd, 3rd 4th March 2026
Dear UNISON Member,
You are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of your UNISON Denbighshire Branch.
The AGM will be held in person and virtually via Teams on the following dates:

We would like to see as many members as possible at in person meetings. However, closer to the time of the AGM we will send out the links for you to use to access the AGM’s virtually via Teams if you prefer.
The Annual General Meeting will elect Branch Officers, Representatives and ratify the election of Workplace Stewards for the forthcoming year. It is also an opportunity to keep you updated with developments within the Council and Denbighshire Unison Branch.
Don’t for get nominations for vacant officer posts can be made from the floor at the AGM meetings themselves
Competent motions and amendments must be submitted 2 weeks before the first aggregate meeting and must be proposed and seconded at the meeting. Further information on the work of UNISON members can be found on the websites https://unisondenbighshire.org.uk/ and https://cymru-wales.unison.org.uk/
